Memberships & Range Pass
Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Range TwentyFORE membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Policies

• All memberships and range passes are issued to a single, named individual and are non‑transferable.

• A valid photo ID may be required at check‑in to verify membership or passholder identity.

• Range TwentyFORE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership or pass program at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

• Misuse of a membership or pass — including sharing benefits, attempting to transfer access, or misrepresenting identity — may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.

2. Billing & Payments

• Enrollment in automatic monthly payments is required for all memberships and range passes.

• Monthly charges will be processed on the same date each month based on the original enrollment date.

• Members and passholders are responsible for ensuring payment methods remain valid and up to date.

• Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension until the balance is resolved.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Memberships and range passes may be canceled at any time.

• Cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

• No prorated refunds or partial-month credits will be issued for unused time or benefits.

4. Reservation & Bay Usage Rules

• All play is subject to bay availability and standard reservation policies.

• Range TwentyFORE reserves the right to limit or adjust reservation windows for members and passholders to ensure fair access for all guests.

• Members and passholders must be present to redeem benefits. Benefits may not be used by guests without the member/passholder in attendance.

• Abuse of reservation privileges (e.g., repeated no‑shows, excessive cancellations) may result in restricted booking access.

5. Practice Makes Perfect Membership (Additional Terms)

• Includes 1 free hour of play per day, Monday–Thursday, in a designated Practice Pad bay.

• Free hour is valid for the member only and cannot be transferred or gifted.

• Members may extend their session for one additional hour at half price, schedule permitting.

• Unlimited golf balls apply only during the member’s active session.

• Limited to 100 total memberships; availability is not guaranteed.

6. Play Your Way Range Pass (Additional Terms)

• Passholders pay $200 per month and receive $250 in bay credit.

• Credit is automatically deducted from the passholder’s account at checkout.

• Credit is valid only for the registered passholder and may not be shared or transferred.

• Unused credit does not roll over to the following month.

• Limited to 50 total passes; availability is not guaranteed.

7. Conduct & Facility Rules

• All members and passholders must follow posted safety rules, staff instructions, and facility guidelines at all times.

• Range TwentyFORE reserves the right to remove or suspend any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates facility policies.

• Damage to equipment or property caused by misuse may result in fees or suspension of privileges.

8. Program Changes & Termination

• Range TwentyFORE may update pricing, benefits, or program structure at any time.

• In the event of major program changes, active members/passholders will be notified with reasonable advance notice.

• Range TwentyFORE may terminate a membership or pass for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Liability Waiver

• Participation in golf activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling in a membership or range pass, the member/passholder acknowledges these risks and agrees that Range TwentyFORE is not liable for injuries resulting from normal use of the facility.

• Members and passholders agree to use equipment responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a membership or range pass, the member/passholder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
