Range TwentyFORE Reservation Policy

Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online or by calling Range TwentyFORE. Walk-ins are available on a limited basis, and will be made available first come, first served. Reservations will always take priority.

​It is suggested that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your reservation. This will provide ample time to check in for your reservation and register for Toptracer.

A credit card is required for all reservations. Your credit card will be put on file as a hold to guarantee the reservation. You will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment for your reservation will be processed upon check-in.

Your bay is only guaranteed for the time of your original reservation. Time extensions are available on a case-by-case basis based on occupancy & capacity.

Bay rates are based on time and not on your game. Your bay reservation will start and end at the reserved time regardless of where you are at in your game.

If you are late for your reservation, this will count towards your rental period. For example, if your reservation is scheduled for 7 PM - 8 PM and you show up at 7:10 PM, your session will still expire at 8 PM.
Range TwentyFORE Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is necessary, we require you to call 24 hours before your reservation starts to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your reservation will receive a 50% refund.

No-shows are subject to being charged in full for their reservation. A no-show is considered someone that does not arrive for their reservation, or is more than 15 minutes late for their reserved time.

Range TwentyFORE reserves the right to give away your reserved bay(s) after 15 minutes and charge a no-show fee (total reservation amount)
